Race Registration and Briefing
It is compulsory for all team members and support vehicle drivers to attend the race briefing session. All team members and support driver needs to sign the indemnity forms. You will not be allowed to start the race if you have not signed the indemnity.
Date

Race registration and briefing takes place on the Thursday preceding the event.
Final details and times will be communicated to riders closer to the event date.

Venue

Race registration
Takes place in the parking area of the Windhoek Golf Club. This is the same area from where the race will start (Start Zone).
Here you will register for the race and receive your goody-bags, race numbers, race info booklets and any event merchandise you might have ordered.

Race briefing takes place in the lapa of the Windhoek Golf Club. This is next to the parking area where you signed in for race registration.
