Rider Change Policy:

Below are the dates and fees applicable to rider changes.

15th August – 31st October 2011
Team entries are fully transferable and rider changes can be made free of charge on the Namhub website.
Rider changes can be made online by logging in with your registration username and password.

1st November – 1st Dec 2011
Team entries are fully transferable and rider changes will incurr an admin fee of N$500 per rider change.
Category changes will incurr an admin fee of N$500 per rider per category change.
_{Example: 2-Person team wanting to change category to Solo will be charged N$1000 (N$500 for each rider who change category)}
Please note that rider specific items like t-shirt sizes will stay as in the original entry, as the orders will have been placed by then.

1st December – 17th Dec 2011
No rider or team changes will be accepted.
Should a rider withdraws from the team during this period, that team can still participate in that same category, but will not be considered a team finisher, ie: no timing allocated.
Each rider of this team who completes their allocated stage(s), will be deemed an event finisher and will receive the respective finisher recognition, ie: finisher prize.
