When

As in 2012, for 2013 we'll have different entry dates for each race category. This will avoid possible confusion when entering. First to open will be Solo, then 2 Person and Tandem teams and then 4 Person teams. Entries for each category will be closed as soon as all slots have been sold.

Below are the entry opening dates per race category.

Solo entries - 16 July 2013
2 Person entries - 30 July 2013
Tandem entries - 30 July 2013
4 Person entries - 13 August 2013

Entries will open at 10h00 local Namibian time (GMT +1) on each of the above dates.

Entries

There's no increase in the entry fees from 2012 so the entry fees for 2013 are as follows:

Solo - N$1750 per rider
2 Person - N$2450 per team
4 Person - N$3680 per team
Tandem - N$2450 per team

All entries for the race are done via an online registration and payment system.
Please note that online entries are the only means of entering for the race.
We use Namhub.com an events company, to process the online entries and payments.
Namhub uses Paygate, a South African payment gateway, as online credit card processor. Paygate is 3D Secure compliant and conform to the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode online security platform.

Payments

Payment for a race entry are done right after you have entered your race details. You'll be directed to a secure site for the payment transaction. Please have either a Visa or Mastercard credit card ready when entering
We cannot accept manual payments, electronic transfers or such.
